50-point inspectionEvery device is checked on 50 points, from battery and display to ports, keyboard and speakers. If it does not pass, it is not sold.
Honest conditionUnboxed means the box was opened but the device was never used. Grade A means lightly used and certified. Each listing says which.
NewAsNew Assured WarrantyOur own warranty on every product, with free pickup for claims, on top of any remaining manufacturer warranty.

Which NewAsNew store should I use?

Shop on newasnew.in if you are in India (prices in INR, delivery across India) and on newasnew.ae if you are in the UAE (prices in AED, delivery to all seven emirates). Each store delivers only inside its own country.

Who runs NewAsNew?

Each country has its own registered company: NextG Serve Private Limited in New Delhi runs newasnew.in, and Greenheart International Trading FZE LLC in Sharjah runs newasnew.ae. They are sister businesses under the NewAsNew brand.

How does NewAsNew check its devices?

Every device passes a 50-point inspection before it is listed. Products that do not pass are not sold.

What warranty do I get?

In India, every product carries a 6-month NewAsNew Assured Warranty. In the UAE, every laptop carries a 12-month NewAsNew Assured Warranty that can be claimed in the UAE or in India.

Can I return a product?

Yes. newasnew.in offers 7-day returns and newasnew.ae offers 14-day returns, both with free pickup.
